Ordered my ‘normal’ size in Haflinger slippers and Birkenstocks – 39 Euro for an 8 1/2 US foot. This clog was too large and a bit wide so back it went. I re-ordered a size 38 and they are PERFECT. I’ve worn Haflinger Classic hardsole slippers and Birkenstock sandals for indoor wear for years. But living in far northern Minnesota requires a bit more warmth than wool socks in my Birkenstocks can offer. This clog is amazingly comfortable with its familiar arch support and warm woolly toes. Besides, I love looking down and seeing those colorful wool ‘coins’ of color – they make me smile.

This shoe will be worn primarily indoors. It is comfortable yet supportive. I would not wear outdoors when there ice or snow as the sole becomes slippery. Cute shoe for three seasons outdoors; indoors four. Prompt delivery by seller was appreciated.

I have three pairs of these slippers because they are so comfortable and sturdy. I have primarily wood floors in my home. However, each pair becomes slippery and somewhat dangerous to wear after a year, even outdoors. I really don’t know what to do with the older pairs. They are perfectly alright, except the slipperiness. Even my granddaughter, while playing with my slippers, wiped out within a few steps. I feel a bit of a fool to keep buying them, I guess I’m done now. Unless I think of a way to fix the soles? Anyone?

I work from home and make sure I am wearing highly supportive footwear. I have been wearing Haflinger slippers with support of cork bottom for years and years. I wear them out. 🙂

I got these for the wool and arch support. They are warm and there is arch support/contoured foot bed.

I like the look. They absorb moisture, if you have sweaty feet. They are comfortable but don’t have as much support as I expected.
