You do not have the item I want to purchase. How do I know if you will have an item of a certain size and color again?

The item was delivered to another post office. Why?
Usually, the goods are not delivered to the post office you have chosen due to the overcrowding of the post offices, so the couriers leave the parcels at the nearest, free post office to get your ordered goods faster. However, if there is a difficulty, be sure to contact us, we will notify the delivery company so that the shipment will be delivered to the required post office.

I did not receive the item I ordered
If you have received the wrong product by mistake, write us a letter at info@avalynetau.lt , due to a problem, we will definitely solve it.
The item I received is defective. How should I behave?

I want to change the item. I placed return and exchange orders. When can I expect to receive a new product instead of a replacement one?
The return-exchange procedure usually takes 5-7 working days: new goods are delivered only after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
When did I return the goods, when can I expect to get my money back?
We refund within 1-2 working days from the return of the returned product. The refund period should not exceed 10 days. Attention : avalynetau.lt undertakes to return all money paid for the goods, except for the delivery fee.
What should I do if I entered the wrong recipient address / phone number during the exchange / return?
