Delivery of goods is possible in 3 ways: by means of Lithuanian Post mail machines, Omniva mail machines or Omniva courier service with delivery to the address specified by you.
DELIVERY TO OMNIVA POST OFFICE
Omniva self-service parcel terminals are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Delivery of goods is extremely fast. All Omniva post machines are installed outdoors, so you can pick up parcels at any time of the day. The shipment is delivered to the terminal within 1-3 days after payment. Upon delivery of the parcel to the post office, the recipient immediately receives an SMS notification about the arrival of the parcel, which also indicates the date by which the parcel can be picked up. Parcels are stored at the post office for 7 calendar days from the moment the parcel is delivered to the post office. Maximum shipment weight 30 kg.
When you receive an SMS message from Omniva with a six-digit door opening (pick-up) code, go to the specified post office. In the main menu on the touch screen, select “Retrieve shipment” and enter the code received via SMS. After confirming the code, the ATM section with the parcel for you will be opened automatically.
DELIVERY TO LP Express POST
LP express self-service parcel terminals are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Delivery of goods is extremely fast. All LP express post machines are installed outdoors, so they can be picked up at any time of the day. After receiving an SMS message from Lithuanian Post with a six-digit door opening code, go to the specified Lithuanian Post post office. In the main menu of the touch screen, select “pick up package” and enter the code. After confirming the code, the section of the post machine where the package intended for you is placed will automatically open.
DELIVERY TO THE SPECIFIED ADDRESS BY COURIER SERVICE
On the day of delivery, Omniva Kurjeris will contact you on the indicated phone number and agree on the most convenient time for you to receive the package. The goods are delivered to the address specified at the time of ordering. Payment to the courier is only possible with a bank card, from June 1, 2022, all cash payments are no longer possible.

⭐ The door of the postal machine does not open: WHAT TO DO?
On the screen of the post machine, you will see a link to the section in which your parcel is located (eg 1L1 – from the touch screen on the left side, the first column and the first section from the top). Based on this information, try to lift the door and pull it towards you after entering the door code. If it doesn’t work, contact us by choosing the topic “Other”.
⭐ I want to pick up the package, but the door opening code does not work. What to do?
Check if you are at the post office indicated in the SMS message. You will see the name of the post machine at the bottom of the post machine screen, on the left side. You can also find post office addresses here and by entering the name of the post office in Google maps.
⭐I received the parcel to the wrong post office. What to do?
